Today, last day to bid for auction shares of RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha, 25 Bhadra 2075. The auction for unsold 291,490 right share was opened from 18 Bhadra 2075.
The company is auctioning 2,06,227 units promoter shares and 85,263 unit ordinary shares.
The interested bidders are urged to place bid for 1000 units for promoter & 100 units for ordinary share quoting price minimum Rs.100 & above.

Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.35.99 crore. After the adjustment of 60% right share, paid up capital will reach to Rs.57.59 crore.
