River Falls power IPO allotment has been concluded today at premises of Prabhu Capital Limited.
As per issue manager, 18,05,440 valid applicants have applied for 20,195,910 units of shares.
As IPO allotment module, 253,890 applicants are allotted with 10 units of shares through lottery.
River falls has floated 2% or 34,600 units for employees, 5% or 1,36,500 units for mutual funds and remaining 25,38,900 units of shares for general public from 28 Baishakh to 02 Jestha 2078.
Paid up Capital of company will reached to 70 crores after IPO issuance.
