Reliance Finance has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/76.
The board meeting of the company held on 23 Poush 2076 has decided to distribute 6.58% or Rs.5.47 crore cash dividend including dividend tax.
The decision should approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and Annual general meeting of the company.
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs.83.24 crore.
