Samata Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha announces 21.05% dividend to its shareholders from the net profit of Rs.2074/75.
As per the notice in NEPSE, board meeting of the company decided to 10% bonus Share and 11.05% cash dividend including tax for dividend.
The decision is subjected approve from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) & upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) of Company.
ts paid up capital is Rs.3.79 crore.
