Womi Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha to auction unsold right shares from 06 Aswin 2076 to 13 Aswin 2076.
The company will be auctioning 76,703.80 units of promoter shares and 46,509.20 units of public shares.
The interest applicants can bid for minimum 100 units of shares quoting price equal to Rs.100 or more.
Bid forms are available at Siddhartha Capital Limited, Naxal Kathmandu, Womi microfinance’s branch, Chitwan and other branches of Siddhartha Bank limited.
Siddhatha Capital limited has been appointed as issue manager.
The company had requested bidders to deposit bid amount in the A/C 0015442313 of Siddhartha Bank Limited in the name of ” AUC/WOMI/SCL”
