Sunrise Capital Limited to float “Sunrise First Mutual Fund” from 08 Aswin 2076 to 12 Aswin 2076. If the issue remain unsubscribed then it will be open till 07 Kartik 2076.
It will be issuing 10 crore units of mutual fund at the rate of Rs. 10. It has reserved 15% or 1.50 crore units for Sunrise Bank (Fund Sponsor) remaining for general public.
It will be matured in 10 year from the date of allotment.
Interest applicants can apply for minimum 100 units and maximum 1 crore units. Applicants can apply through all C-ASBA approved banks & financial institutions.
Sunrise capital Limited will manage the issue. Fund sponsor is Sunrise Bank Limited.
