Womi Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha has announced book close for 100% right share issuance. The book will be close on 27 Ashad 2076 for right issue. Those shareholders who hold the shares till 26 ashad 2076 will be eligible to apply for right shares.
The company will be issuing 1:1 or 10,10,880 units of share at the rate of Rs.100.
Siddhartha Capital Limited has been appointed as issue manger for right issue.
Its Paid up capital will reach to Rs.20.21 crore after right issuance.
