The following are agendas of AGM;
- To pass 84% or Rs.49.05 crore bonus shares for shareholders from income of FY 2074/75. Bonus tax should be paid by shareholders.
- Merger & acquisitions with other appropriate non life insurance company
- To endorse audited financial statement of FY 2074/75
- To appoint statutory auditors for FY 2075/76.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.58.40 crore. After bonus share paid up capital will reach to Rs.1.07 arba.
