Summit laghubitta bittiya Sanstha has called special general meeting (SGM). SGM will be held on 04 Shrawan 2076 at Hotel city parity palace, Birtamode, Jhapa, 10:30 AM.
The major agendas for SGM are;
- To change capital structure to 51:49 from existing 70:30.
- Merger & acquisition with appropriate financial institutions, signing memorandam of understanding (MOU), taking permission from NRB and assets & liabilities valuation through due diligence audit (DDA)
- To float 1:1 or 100% right shares after merger & acquisitions
- To amend MOA & AOA
For SGM book close is set for 27 Ashad 2076. Those shareholders who get registered in the book one day before book will be eligible to attain SGM.
