Sanima Bank has announced bonus & cash dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2075/76.
The board meeting of the bank held on 16 Bhadra 2076 had decided to distribute 10% bonus shares and 11.0526% cash dividend including dividend tax.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming annual general meeting (AGM).
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs.8.001 arba.
