Bank of Kathmandu has announced dividend from income of FY 2075/76 for shareholders.
The board meeting of the company held on 15 Bhadra 2076 had decided to distribute 6% bonus shares and 11% cash dividend including dividend tax.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming annual general meeting (AGM).
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs. 8.06 arba.
