Sparsha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has proposed bonus & cash dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2075/76.
The board meeting of the bank held on 16 Bhadra 2076 had decided to distribute 13% bonus shares or Rs.1.07 crore and 5.67 lakh % cash dividend dividend tax purpose.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming annual general meeting (AGM).
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs.8.29 crore.
