The major agendas of SGM are; to amend Memorandum of Association (MOA) & Articles of Association (AOA), to discuss on issuance of right share to hike paid up capital, Issuance of initial public offering (IPO), to provide authority to the Board of Director for the amendments of capital structure of the capital for issuance of IPO.
