RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced book close of Annual General meeting (AGM).
The book will be close on 11 Poush to 23 Poush 2076. Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 10Poush 2076 or one day ahead of book close will be eligible to participate in AGM.
The bank will convene 21st annual General Meeting (AGM) on 23 Poush 2076.
The AGM will pass12.50% or Rs.9.99 crore bonus shares and 12.5% or Rs.9.99 crore cash dividend including total dividend tax.
Currently, its paid up capital stand at Rs.79.93 crore.
