Manjushree Finance Limited has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/76.
The board meeting of the company held on 25 Mangsir 2076 has decided to distribute 11.55% dividend (1.75% bonus shares and 9.80% cash dividend) including total dividend tax.
The decision should approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and Annual general meeting
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs.80.40 crore.
