Prabhu Insurance has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/76.
The board meeting of the company held on 26Mangsir 2076 has decided to distribute 16.32% dividend (5% bonus shares and 11.32% cash dividend) including total dividend tax.
The decision should approved by Beema Samiti and Annual general meeting of the company.
