Nepal Insurance has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/76.
The board meeting of the company held on 23 Poush 2076 has decided to distribute 5% bonus shares and 2.89% cash dividend including dividend tax.
The decision should approved by Beema Samiti and Annual general meeting of the company.
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs.1.09 arba.
