Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has called annual general meeting (AGM).
Annual general meeting will be held on 26 Magh at Bharatpur Garden Resort, Bharatpur Chitwan at 11:00 AM.
The book will be close from 13 Magh 2076 to 26 Magh 2076 for AGM. Those shareholders who hold shares till 12 Magh 2076 will be eligible to participate in AGM.
The agendas of AGM are;
To float 30% bonus shares and 15% cash dividend for tax purpose from income of FY 2075/76.
To hike authorized capital to 2 arba and amend registered address.
To approved audited financial statements of FY 2075/76
To appoint statutory auditors for FY 2076/77
Provide authority for BOD find out appropriate BFIs for Merger and Acquisition.
To amend MOA & AOA, etc.
Its paid up capital will reach to Rs. 1 arba after bonus share.
