Prudential Insurance has called special general meeting (SGM) to endorse 60% right shares.
SGM will be held on Hotel Ichha, Simara on 10 Ashad, 10:30 AM.
The book will be close on 02 Ashad 2076 for SGM. Those shareholders who hold shares till 01 Ashad will be eligible to attain SGM.
Major agendas are:
- To endorse 60% or 10:06 right shares on paid up capital of Rs.64.15 crore
- To hike authorized, issued and paid up capital to Rs.1.92 arba.
- To amend MOA & AOA
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.64.15 crore.
