Prudential Insurance Company Limited (PICL) is auctioning its unclaimed right shares to the general public from today, Falgun 28, 2074.
Prudential Insurance will be auctioning 12,503 units of ordinary share. Right share was issued from 16 Poush to 21 Magh 2074 which were not fully subscribed by shareholders. The auction will last till 5 chaitra 2074.
The issue manager for auction is NIC Aisa Capital limited.
Bidder must quote a minimum price of Rs 100 & above with minimum 100 units of shares.
The interested bidder must collect form from NIC Aisa Capital Limited, Babarmahal, Kathmandu & other designated branches for PICL & submit within office hours 5 Chaitra 2074.
The bank requested the bidders to deposit bid amount in account number 5441451025524019 NIC Aisa Bank Limited in the name of NIC Asia capital limited.
It had posted net profit of Rs 6.28 crore in the second quarter of the FY 2074/75.
The last trading price stood at Rs.660.
