Prime life Insurance has announced book close for special general meeting (SGM).
The book will be closed on 31 Bhadra 2076 for SGM. Those shareholders who hold the shares till 30 Bhadra 2076 will be eligible to take part in AGM.
Special General Meeting will be held on 07 Aswin 2076. SGM will pass 12.5% or Rs.22.31 crore bonus shares & Rs.1.17 crore cash dividend for tax purpose.
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs.1.78 arba.
