NIC Asia Bank has announced book close for annual general meeting (AGM). The book will be closed on 29 Bhadra 2076 to 10 Ashoj 2076 for AGM. Those shareholders who hold shares till 28 Bhadra 2076 or one day before book close will be eligible to participate in AGM and claim for dividend.
Annual General meeting (AGM) will be convened on 10 Ashoj 2076, 9:00 am at Army officer club, Kathmandu.
The major agendas of AGM are;
- To approve 10% or Rs.88.34 crore Bonus shares & 11.0526% or Rs.97.64 crore Cash dividend from the income of FY 2075/76.
- To endorse audited financial statement of FY 2075/76
- To appoint statutory auditors for FY 2076/76
- To hike paid up capital to Rs.9.72 arba.
- To acquire appropriate banks & financial institutions.
- To amend MOA and AOA.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.8.83 arba.
