NCC Bank has announced book close for annual general meeting (AGM). The book will remains closed on 26 Shrawan 2076. Those shareholders who hold shares till 26 Shrawan 2076 will be eligible to participate in AGM.
20th and 21st AGM will be held at Rastriya Sabha Griha, Kathmandu on 23 Bhadra 2076; 11 am.
Agendas of AGM are;
- To endorse audited financial statement of F Y 2073/75 and FY 2074/75
- To approved 15.89% or Rs. 1.11 arba bonus share and 0.83% cash dividend for tax purpose from the income of FY 2074/75.
- Merger and acquisition with appropriate organizations
- To amend MOA and AOA
- To elect 3 members from promoters shareholders and 3 members from public shareholder group including 1 female.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.7.01 arba.
