Today, 30 Falgun 2075 last day to secure dividend of National Life Insurance Limited.
Those shareholders who hold shares till today, 30 Chaitra 2075 will be eligible to participate in AGM and claim for dividend.
The AGM will be convening on 15 Chaitra 2075 Corporate office of National life insurance, Lazimpat, Kathmandu at 10:30 AM.
AGM will endorse 13.5% bonus share & 1.88 crore Cash dividend from the income from FY2073/75, to approve audited report of FY 2073/74 and appoint of auditors.
