As per Sanima Capital Limited, 303,044 applicants has applied for 83,27,630 units of shares. It has collected Rs. 83.27 crore during 4 days. It not the final data it may be change during allotment.
As per IPO allotment guidelines, all applicants should allotted 10 units if possible. So, only 25,200 applicants will get 10 units & rest of applicants (277,844) will be empty handed.
The company had issued 0.5% or 4,148 units for employees, 5% or 13,482 units for existing mutual funds and remaining 2,52,000 units for general public from 26 Falgun 2075 to 29 Falgun for general public.
The issue is managed by Sanima Capital Limited.
