Neco Insurance limited has announced Bonus share for its shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per notice in Nepse, board meeting of the company held on 17 Ashad 2076 had decided to distributed 12% or Rs. 14.11 crore bonus shares and 0.63% or Rs.74.29 lakh cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision is subjected approved from Beema Samiti and upcoming annual general meeting.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.1.17 arba.
