Last day to apply for right shares of Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha, 29 Falgun 2075.
The company is issuing 2:1 or 329,8779.69 units of share at the rate of Rs. 100 from 17 Magh 2075.
Those shareholders who hold shares till 30 Poush 2075 or one day before book close are eligible to get right shares.
Kathmandu capital markets Limited has been appointed as issue manager for right issue.
After right shares issuance, its paid up capital will reach to Rs.9.89 crore.
