Last day to apply for IPO of Sparsha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. The issue was open from 26 Falgun 2075 for general public.
It is already oversubscribed by 23.01 times till third day of issue. 205,000 applicants applied for 58,00,000 units of shares during 3 days.
It had allocated 0.5% or 4,148 units for employees, 5% or 13,482 units for existing mutual funds and remaining 2,52,000 units for general public.
Applicants can apply for minimum 10 units and maximum 1,340 units. They can apply from C-ASBA approved Banks & financial institutions.

After IPO issuance, paid up capital will reach to Rs.8.29 crore.
