Mountain Energy Nepal Limited to float initial public offering (IPO) worth Rs. 39.36 crore.
It had applied for approval from security board of Nepal (SEBON). It has been added in IPO pipeline of Sebon.
The company will be issuing 39,36,054 units of share at the rate of Rs.100.
Nabil Investment Banking has been appointed as issue manager.
