Gurans Life Insurance Company to auction 3.22 lakh units of unsold right shares from 05 Ashad to 12 Ashad.
The company will be auctioning 2,40,571 units of promoters shares and 82,005 units of public shares. Only existing promoters can apply for promoters shares.
Interested bidders should bid for minimum 100 units of public shares and 1000 units of promoter shares quoting price equal to Rs.100 or more per share.
Bids forms are available at Laxmi Capital Markets Limited, Baneshwor and various branches of Laxmi Bank Limited.
Laxmi Capital Market Limited has been appointed as issue manager.
