Last day to apply for right shares of Grameen Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, 30 Jestha 2076.
It is issuing 50% or 32,75,000 units of share from 27 Baishak 2076 for existing shareholders at the rate of Rs.100.
Those shareholder who hold the shares till 28 Chaitra 2075 or one day before a book close will be eligible to apply for right shares. The book was closed on 29 Chaitra 2075.

Paid up capital will reach to Rs.98.25 crore after issuance of right shares.
