Global IME Bank & Janata Bank Nepal has signed merger agreement. Authorities of both bank has signed MOU.
As per preliminary agreement, swap ration will be 100:85; shareholders of Janata bank having 100 units will get 85 units of Global IME Bank. Assets and liabilities valuation through due diligence audit (DDA).
Currently, Global IME Bank has paid up capital of Rs.10.31 crore and janata bank has 8 arba. If merger agreement is executed, than paid up capital will reach to Rs.17.11 arba.
As per agreement, CEO of Janata Bank Mr. Parshuram Kunwar Kshetri will continue service as CEO in the name of Global IME Bank.
