Branch Manager – 15 (CiBL-BM-01-2020)
Level: Managerial (M1), Officer Level (03/02)
Required Knowledge & Skills: Candidate needs to be acquainted with overall credit/deposit sales and fundamental knowledge of operational functions of the bank and have the ability to lead a diverse team effectively, demonstrate a strong sense of work ethics, and have a strong drive with a demonstrated willingness to take on challenging sales targets.
Experience: At least 5 years of banking experience for Managerial Level and 3 years of banking experience for Officer Level in credit/deposit sales and basic operations.
Relationship Manager -30 (CiBL-RM-02-2020)
Level: Officer Level (01/02), Assistant Level (S4)
Required Knowledge & Skills: Candidate is required to be enthusiastic in generating new business by identifying opportunities for possible sales for credit/deposit products and other ancillary services, building and maintaining relationships with customers, offering them banking products and advising them on various banking related queries.
Experience: At least 3 years of banking experience for Officer Level and 2 years of banking experience for Assistant Level in credit/deposit sales.
Operation Incharge -15 (CiBL-OI-03-2020)
Level: Officer Level (01/02), Assistant Level (S4)
Required Knowledge & Skills: The position is responsible to drive entire operation of the assigned branch, provide excellent service to customers, control costs and ensure all operational functions are properly performed by the staff while conveying a feeling of trust, service, security, and satisfaction to the customer.
Experience: At least 3 years of banking experience for Officer Level and 2 years of banking experience for Assistant Level in cash /remittance/customer service.
Operations Assistant -50 (CiBL-OA-04-2020)
Level: Assistant Level (S1/S2)
Required Knowledge & Skills: The candidate is required to be able to deal with the customers constantly throughout the banking hours and not only help the customer have a good experience but also offer them an experience that exceeds their expectations.
Experience: At least 1 year of banking experience in operations/sales.
Note: The applicant must be presently working at the same level or one level below the position applied for.
Minimum Criteria for Applied positions:
Managerial Level: 29 to 50 years for male candidates and for female candidates age should not exceed 55 years as of the last date of vacancy notice. Preference shall be given to rand dates having a Master’s Degree or equivalent from recognized university/college.
Officer Level: 22 to 40 years for male Candidates and to female candidates opt’ should not exceed 45 years as of the last date of vacancy notice. Bachelor’s Degree from recognized university/college.
Assistant Level: 19 to 30 years for male candidates and for female candidate age should not exceed 3S years as of the last date of vacancy notice. Intermediate level from a recognized university/college.
