Sunrise Bank to float “10% Sunrise Bank Debenture 2080” worth Rs. 1 arba. The security board of Nepal has granted permission to issue debenture on 01 Chaitra 2075.
The debenture holders will get 10% interest annually.
The company will be floating 10 lakh units at the rate of Rs.1000. Out of total issue the company will issue 40% or 4 lakh units for general public & rest of 60% or 6 lakh units for other companies.
Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed as issue manager.
Currently, its Paid up capital is Rs.8.15 arba.
