Union Hydropower Company Limited to issue IPO worth Rs.35.34 crore from 13 Chaitra 2075. The issue will be remains open till 17 Chaitra 2075.
The company will be issuing 35,34,340 units of shares at the rate of Rs.100. The issue includes 6,21,790 units of shares which was unsubscribe by locals.
It has allocated 2% or 70,686 units of employees & remaining 34,63,654 units for general public.
Interested applicants can apply minimum 50 units & maximum 35,000 units from all C-ASBA approved Banks & financial institutions.
Laxmi Capital Market Limited is appointed as issue manager.
Paid up capital will reach to Rs. 75 crore.
