The company is auctioning 61,236 units of ordinary shares from 19 Falgun 2075.
The interested bidders can place bid for 100 units of shares quoting price equal to Rs.100 or more.

Bidders are requested to deposit bid amount at A/C 3501017500872 of Nabil Bank Limited in the name of “Nabil Investment Banking- NADEP (BTI)”.
Paid up capital will reach to Rs.32 crore after adjustment of right issue.
