Shine Resunga Development Bank to acquire Purnima Development Bank.
Board meeting of the bank held on 26 Falgun 2075 had decided to acquire Purnima Bikas Bank.
The MOU was signed by Mr. Rajendra Prasad Shrestha, chairman of the Shine Resunga Development Bank & Mr.Suraj Uprety, Chairman of Purnima Bikas Bank.
After Acquisition name of institution will be Shine Resunga Development Bank.
Currently, paid up capital of Shine Resunga is Rs.1.62 arba & Purnima Development Bank is Rs.5.12 crore.
Its branches network reach to 40 around 10 districts where as branches of Purnima Bank reach to 12 around 3 districts.
The swap ratio will be finalized after the completion of DDA.
