Womi Microfinance announces book close for annual general meeting (AGM). AGM to be held on 17 Kartik 2075 at Narayanghat, Chitwan at 1:30 PM.
The book will remain close from 04 Kartik to 17 Kartik 2075. Those shareholders who hold or buy shares within 03 Kartik or one day ahead of book close will be eligible to participate in AGM.
The major agendas of AGM are; to endorse audited financial statement of FY 2074/75, to approve 25% dividend for shareholders, to appoint auditors for FY2075/76, to amend to MOA and AOA to extend services & upgrade to national level, to merges or acquire similar institutions, etc.
