Mahuli Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha to issue 50% right shares for its shareholders. Security board of Nepal (SEBON) grants final approval to issue 2:1 right shares on 14 Ashoj 2075.
The company will be issuing 300,000 units of shares at the rate of Rs.100.
Sunrise Capital Limited has been appointed as issue manger for right share.
Its paid up capital is Rs.6 crore. After 50% right share adjustment, paid up capital will reach to Rs.9 crore.
It has reported Rs.1.47 crore as net profit in fourth quarter of FY 2073/74.
