Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/76.
The board meeting of the company held on 20 Poush 2076 has decided to distribute 20% bonus shares and 6% cash dividend including dividend tax.
The decision should approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and Annual general meeting of the company.
Currently its paid up stands at Rs.25.25 crore.
