The agendas of Agm are:
- To finalized acquisition with Deba Bikas Bank; Assets & liabilities valuation through DDA; to endorse share swap ratio 1: 1 between deba bikas bank & Western Development bank; staff management after acquisitions;
- To endorse 14.74% (Rs.7.43 crore) cash dividend from the income of FY 2074/75
- To approved audited financial statement of FY2074/75.
- Appointment of statutory auditors for FY 2075/76
- To amend MOA & AOA
Paid up capital stands at Rs.50.40 crore.
