Premier insurance company has announced massive dividend for shareholders from the income of FY2074/75.
As per notice in Nepse, the board meeting of the company held on 17 jestha 2076 has decided to distribute 79.79% or Rs.46.60 crore bonus share & 4.20% or Rs. 2.45 crore cash dividend for shareholders.
The decision is subjected to approved from Beema Samiti & upcoming annual general meeting (AGM).
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.58.40 crore. After bonus share paid up capital will reach to Rs.1.05 arba.
