The shareholders who hold shares till, today 12 Poush 2075 will be eligible to participate in AGM & claim for dividend. The book will be close from 15 poush to 30 Poush 2075.

The AGM will pass 55% Cash Dividend for shareholder. It will endorse audited financial statement of FY 2074/75 & appoint auditor for FY2075/76.
Today, last day to secure 10.53% dividend of Nepal Bangladesh Bank.
Those shareholders who get registered in the book till today, 12 Poush 2075 will be eligible to participate in the AGM. The book will be remains closed on 15 Poush 2075.
AGM will be convening on 26 Poush 2075 at Rastriya Sabhagriha, Kathmandu, 10:00 AM.
The agendas of AGM are; to approve 10.53% or 85.13 crore Cash dividend for shareholders, to endorse audited financial statement of FY 2074/75, to appoint statutory Auditors for FY 2075/76
