Province / Regional Head – Managerial Level
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, preferably as Province / Regional Head or Branch Manager in the concerned province or region.
- Master’s Degree in Management/Economics or related field.
Branch Manager – Junior Officer to Assistant Manager
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Banks/ Financial Institutions in the area(s) of Credit / Deposit management, Trade Finance, Compliance, Risk and/or Operations.
- Master’s Degree in Management/Economics or related field for Managerial Level, and Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics or related field for Officer Level.
- Age not exceeding 35 years for Officer Level.
Relationship Manager – Senior Assistant to Junior Officer
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Banks/ Financial Institutions in the area(s) of Credit or Deposit management or Operation management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics or related field
- Age not exceeding 35 years for Officer Level, 30 years for Assistant Level.
Service Manager / Operation In charge – Senior Assistant to Supervisor
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Banks/ Financial Institutions in the area(s) of Deposits, Customer Service, and/or Operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics or related field.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
Management Trainee
- A minimum of Master in Management/Economics or related field with 50% or equivalent CGPA.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
Trainee Assistant
- A minimum of Bachelor in Management/Economics or related field with 50% or equivalent CGPA.
- Age not exceeding 25 years.
Gold Tester
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the related field or accredited /certified Gold Tester.
- Preference will be given to local candidates
