Key Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Legal risk of the Finance, legal documentation, oversight of legal disputes and cases, legal recovery of dues and such other legal functions/responsibilities as decided by the Finance.
- Branch Managers: Few inside Valley and Outside Valley Branches (outside Valley Chahapradi -Siraha, Nepalgunj, Birgunj, Pokhara & Bhadetar)
- Should have at least 5 years of experience in Bank and Financial Institution in related field for Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years’ experience in related field for Master Degree in management.
- Age should not exceeded 35 years.
- Preferences shall be given to local residents/or locally working.
- Sound communication interpretational skill with good commanding in English and Nepali Language.
- Management Trainee: 3
- At least master degree from recognized University with frist division or CGPA 3.00

- Credit Administrative Department : 1 Officer level
- At least 3 years experience in Bank & financial institutions
- Minimum Bachelor degree in management or equivalent
- Age should not exceeded 35 years.

- Relationship officer (credit): 1 officer level
- At least 3 years experience in Bank & financial institutions in credit sales and marketing at same level
- Minimum Bachelor degree in management or equivalent

- Credit Risk Management Department: 1 Sr. Assistant
- At least 2 years experience in Bank & financial institutions in credit risk department

- Sound communication interpretational skill with good commanding in English and Nepali Language.
- IT Department: 1 Jr. Officer
- At least 3 years experience in Bank & financial institutions in It Department
- Good knowledge in Pumori IV.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information technology or computer science/ computer engineering
- Age should not exceed 35 years.
- Bancaasurance Department: 1 Sr. Assistant to Jr. officer level
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in Bank & financial institutions or insurance company
- Good knowledge of life and non life insurance
- Minimum Bachelor degree in management or equivalent
- Age should not exceed 35 years.
- Assistant/Jr. Assistant/Trainee Assistant: 14 (inside & outside valley)
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in management
- Age should not exceed 30 years
- Sound communication interpretational skill with good commanding in English and Nepali Language.
- Preferences will be given for locals candidates
- Driver: head office
- Minimum qualification of SLC or equivalent
- Most have 4 wheeler driver licence
- At least 3 year experience
- Good interpersonal character
