Unnati Microfinance Bititya Sanstha has announced book close & AGM.
The book will be Close on 16 Magh 2075 for AGM. Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 15 Magh 2075 or one day before book close will be eligible to take part in AGG and claim for dividend
Annual general meeting (AGM ) to convene on 26 Magh 2075 at Hotel Pauwa, Rupendehi at 9:00 AM
The agendas of AGM are;
- To approve 40.50% Bonus Share & 2.13% cash dividend for shareholders,
- To endorse audited financial statement of FY 2074/75,
- To appoint statutory Auditors for FY 2075/76,
- To elect 2 director from promoter group & 2 from ordinary shareholder group.
- To issue 20% right share again after bonus share & right share
- To hike authorized capital, issued capital & paid up capital
- To extend services to National level
- To provide authority from BOD to find out appropriate BFIS for merger/ Acquisitions and asset & liabilities valuation through DDA, etc.
- To amend MOA & AOA.
