Nepse has suspended the trading of Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha.
As per the Nepse, it had violated rule of Listing. As per rule listed company should inform the Nepse & stakeholders regarding decision which may affect stock price at right time of decision made.
It had published notice regarding right share issuance decision before trading of next day but failed to mention time to meeting.
So, Nespe asked clarification from the company within 24 hours regarding this issue.
It has also announced book closure date for AGM. The book will be close from 29 Poush to 19 Magh 2075. Those shareholders who hold the shares till 28 poush 2075 will be eligible to participate in AGM.
