Synergy finance limited to issue 25% right shares from 25 Ashad 2075. The right shares will be remain open till 27 Sharawn 2075.
The finance company will be issuing 11,86,022.47 unit right shares at par value of Rs 100.
The book close was set for 30 Jestha 2075. Those shareholders who bought shares within 27 Jestha 2075 are ligible for right shares.

Eligible shareholders can apply from Prabhu Capital limited & all C-ASBA approved BFIs.
After right share, paid up capital will reach to Rs.59 crore. Currently, its paid up capital is 47 crore.
