Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha set to auction 11,129.01 units unsold right shares from 27 Kartik 2075. The auction will remain open till 04 Mangsir 2075.
The company is auctioning 11,129.01 units of ordinary shares.
Interested bidder must bid for 100 units of ordinary shares quoting price equal to Rs. 100 or more.
NMB Capital Limited has been appointed as issue manager for auction.
Bidder can collect auction forms from NMB Capital and Branches of NMB bank – Kathmandu, Birjung, Pokhara, Surkhet, Biratnagar, Butwal, Nepaljung and Dhangadi.
Interested bidders are urged to deposit their bid amount in A/C no 001006000540100002141 in NMB bank Limited and A/C 04100300206930000001 in the Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank in the name of “NMBCL-Right SLBBL 2074/75”.
Tthe paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 24.48 crore after right share adjustment.
