Standard Chartered Bank Nepal limited (SCB) has stated surged in net profit of 36.92% in the second quarter of this FY 2074/75.

As per the report,Standard Chartered Bank Nepal limited has posted net profit of 1.01 arba in this quarter. It is increased by 36.92%. In the corresponding quarter of last year SCB had posted net profit of 74.01 crore.

During the period, SCB is made a deposit collection of 86.07 arba and floated in loans of 42.35 arba.

SCB earned net interest income of 1.46 arba, surged by 39.82%. Operating profit of bank is 1.55 arba from 1.12 arba in  the last year.

Its paid up capital reached to 8.01 arba with reserves of 4.86 arba. Currently, it had issued 100% bonus share to increase its paid up capital.

Its non-performing loan stands at 0.17%. Cost of fund is 2.42%. CD ratio stands at 78.97%.

Annualized earning per share is 25.30. Net worth per share stands at 160.74. PE ratio stands at 410.3 times.
